TRAPPIST Habitable Atmospheres Intercomparison Workshop (THAI)

The NASA Nexus for Exoplanet Systems Science (NExSS) and Sellers Exoplanet Environments Collaboration recently hosted the TRAPPIST Habitable Atmospheres Intercomparison Workshop (THAI)! The objective of this workshop was to be a vector for comparisons and discussions between General Circulation Models (GCMs) use in Exoplanetary Science to predict the climate of rocky exoplanets in the Habitable Zone, the detectability of their atmosphere (if any) and their characterization.

During this 3 day virtual workshop several members of the VPL team (including Andrew Lincowski and Samantha Gilbert) gave invited short lightening talks and were heavily engaged in the the following break-out discussions.

Additionally, several VPL Team members (Thomas Fauchez, Shawn Domagal-Goldman, Ravi Kopparapu & Eric Wolf) served on the Organizing Committee for the workshop!
